With Reference to Edwin Hipsey, I thought you might be interested in a couple of pix
of my Dad, William 'Bill' Burchell, taken at Cranford Park School during the early part
of WW II. Altho he was stationed at Church Road FS later, I think he was at CPS for
training.
My Dad was in the Fire Brigade from approx. 1938 to 1950 & it could well be that Edwin
Hipsey knew my Dad prior to Edwin's going into the Navy in 1942.
My Dad died in Aug. 1977 of emphysema.
