The 'HA-Ha' or sunken moated wall, Cranford Park, looking north towards the site of the old house. It's purpose was to prevent livestock straying into the grounds without interupting the view.

I remember this wall in the park. The park was a favourite picnic spot and I expect others, besides myself, have happy memories of times there with our children. The ruins of the old manor lent character to it, too.
