Poster: pianola

This is fairly simple, if you follow the key on the right. Edwin Votey, who invented the Pianola in 1895 in the USA, was a real expert on the design and layout of factories, and one feels that he may have had a hand in the setting up of this factory. There was a similar set-up at the Aeolian factory in Meriden, Connecticut, USA.
A friend and I drew this plan up in the 1970s, and it hung on my basement wall for a very long time!
