Sorry for the very late reply but there seems to be hardly any activity on the site.

Grille off, radiator out (heavy) and fan off, followed by a very good look around to assess the situation. The gearbox will have to be removed. It is an awkward shape so it is UNSAFE to use a trolley jack for this. Use a transmission jack or attach a block and tackle from above. IIRC the rear engine mountings are on the engine and the handbrake rod needs to be removed in order to get at one bolt. The front cross member has to come out so the engine will have to be supported while this is done. Expect the chassis rails to spring inward slightly when this is removed so keep fingers clear. Depending on how much room there is below the scuttle for the hook, and if the sump will clear the axle when the weight is taken, will dictate whether the front axle has to come off or not (probably not). WARNING if it has to be removed the axle will try to turn upside down whether the wheels are still on or not. This all means that you need to work out where to place any chassis stands so that they are not in the way. Do not overload the engine crane/ forklift. The engine weighs 3/4 ton. Use properly rated strops/chains and shackles and get advice from the supplier.
