Hi I have a 1970 aec Mercury fire engine I am desperately needing a spare wheel and a towing eye
Any help muchely appreciated

You need to mention whether you want a tubed or tubeless wheel. The towing eye you can get made.

Preferably tuned but will settle for tubeless and have thought of making a rowing eye just need the Wright size thread I suppose

You will need to be careful because a rim with the wrong offset will foul the track rod end. This was a common problem, it was not unusual to find different offset rims front and rear. The size will be stamped on the rim B6,B6.5, B7. This website explains:

Spare wheel sorted now and towing eye but injectors (think) needed :?
