Does any body know were I can get the two front rubber brake pipes made with the wire around the outsides for my Matador, also were can I get the steel brake pipe and fittings from to attach to the existing fine threaded fittings.

Andy, I have the wire wound front flexible air brake pipes, these are used in conjunction with your Matador hose tails and secured with stainless steel Jubillee clips. The steel (or copper) Matador brake pipe material is still available and is used in conjunction with recovered Westinghouse pipe nuts and olives from your own vehicle. If any of these are too far gone to re-use I have a good selection of used pipes with good nuts and olives. Brake pipes on AEC Coles cranes are copper.
