What happens when a Cub gets too old? | |

WHEN a Cub Scout reaches 10 and a half it's time to move on up to Scouts.
This is what happened recently in the case of James, who was in Cobra
Cubs. But Cubs are eased gently into their new life as a Scout by doing what's called a "Link". During this time, that lasts about six weeks, they learn about the Scouts and attend both the Cubs AND the Scouts every week. SO by the time they move up, they know what they're in for and have already made some new friends...and of course they'll already have known some of the Scouts from the days when they too were Cubs.
